Privacy Policy

GhostUSD is a privacy-first product. We do not build user profiles, we do not sell data, and we do not require any personally identifiable information to use our service. Our entire purpose is to help you swap crypto privately — that philosophy extends to how we handle your data.

• Wallet addresses
• Email addresses (unless you contact us)
• Real names or identity information
• IP addresses (beyond standard server logs)
• Transaction history (this is stored locally in your browser only)
• Cookies for tracking purposes

We collect minimal data strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Standard server logs: Web servers automatically log request metadata (timestamps, page paths, HTTP status codes). These are retained for up to 30 days and used only for debugging and security.
• Aggregated analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics (no individual tracking) to understand which pages are visited. No personal data is collected.
• Contact emails: If you email us at mukundkumarofficial@gmail.com, we store your email solely to respond to your inquiry.

Transaction history is stored entirely in your browser's localStorage. GhostUSD never transmits this data to our servers. You can clear it at any time from the History tab in the app.

When you initiate a swap, your transaction details (amounts, destination address) are transmitted to the selected third-party protocol. Each protocol has its own privacy policy:

• RocketX: rocketx.exchange/privacy
• HoudiniSwap: houdiniswap.com/privacy
• Husher.io: husher.io/privacy
• NEAR Intents: near.com/privacy

GhostUSD is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party protocols.

When fetching quotes, your swap parameters (source chain, destination chain, token pair, amount) are sent to integrated protocol APIs. Destination wallet addresses are sent only when you initiate a real swap, not during quote previews. GhostUSD does not log or store any of these parameters.

All on-chain transactions are publicly visible on the respective blockchain. While GhostUSD integrates privacy-enhancing protocols designed to break the link between sending and receiving addresses, the nature of public blockchains means complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed. GhostUSD makes no warranties about the privacy level of any specific swap.

GhostUSD uses no tracking cookies. We may use a minimal session cookie for technical functionality (e.g. CSRF protection). No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted. We do not maintain any database of user activity. Contact emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

Since we collect minimal data, there is typically nothing to delete or export. If you have contacted us by email and want your email address removed, simply email mukundkumarofficial@gmail.com and we will delete your correspondence.

GhostUSD is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of GhostUSD after changes constitutes acceptance.
