GhostUSD (accessible at app.ghostusd.xyz) is a privacy-first, non-custodial cryptocurrency swap aggregator. We help users discover the best rates across multiple exchange providers through a single, unified interface — with zero aggregator fees and no account required.
GhostUSD is a technology layer only. We do not hold, control, or custody any user funds at any point. All swaps are executed by our integrated third-party exchange service providers. Our role is to surface quotes, sort them by rate, speed, or type, and route your transaction to the provider of your choice.
By visiting or using any part of GhostUSD — including browsing quotes, initiating a swap, or using any feature on our platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with any applicable policies of our third-party providers.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using GhostUSD immediately. Your continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
GhostUSD integrates with the following third-party exchange service providers via their public APIs. All actual swap execution, fund custody (during transit), AML/KYC procedures, and refund decisions are the sole responsibility of these providers.
GhostUSD accesses each provider's API solely to retrieve live rate quotes, estimate fees, and display available routes. We do not modify, intercept, or interfere with transactions once routed to a provider. Each provider independently determines its exchange rates, fees, AML/KYC requirements, and processing times.
By choosing a provider from our quote list and proceeding with a swap, you acknowledge that you are entering into a direct transaction with that provider, governed by their own terms. GhostUSD is not a party to that transaction and accepts no liability for its execution.
GhostUSD's algorithm queries our integrated providers in real time and presents you with available routes. Routes are sorted into three categories, all of which you can view and compare:

GhostUSD does not receive any compensation from any provider for preferential placement, hidden promotion, or traffic incentives. All quotes are displayed based purely on their computed value (rate, speed, or rate-lock) as returned by the provider APIs. No provider is hidden, suppressed, or artificially elevated in our results.
The "Best Rate" label is assigned algorithmically based on the highest output for your specific input amount at the time of query. This designation may shift every few seconds as markets move.
By using GhostUSD, you represent and warrant that:
Access to GhostUSD is restricted in certain jurisdictions due to the policies of our third-party providers, regulatory requirements, or sanctions law. You must not access GhostUSD if you reside, are located in, or are a citizen of any of the following:

This list may be updated by our providers at any time without notice. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your jurisdiction permits access to such services before using GhostUSD. GhostUSD does not accept liability for losses arising from unauthorized use from restricted jurisdictions.
All rates displayed on GhostUSD are sourced in real time from our third-party provider APIs. These are estimates at the time of query and are subject to change up to the moment your on-chain deposit is confirmed.
When a "Fixed Rate" route is available and selected, the output amount shown is locked at the time of order confirmation, provided your deposit reaches the provider's deposit address within the specified time window (typically 10–30 minutes). If your deposit is late, partial, or in the wrong currency, the fixed rate guarantee will not apply.
Sending a transaction to the blockchain does not constitute acceptance by GhostUSD or any provider. A swap is considered accepted only after your funds are confirmed on-chain at the provider's deposit address and the provider begins processing.
However, the following fees may be deducted from your swap and are set entirely by the provider and the blockchain network, not by GhostUSD:
GhostUSD is not responsible for any fee charged by a third-party provider or blockchain network. You are responsible for ensuring you understand all fees before confirming a swap.
GhostUSD is designed to minimize data collection. Because no account is required, we do not collect your name, email address, or payment details in order to display quotes or facilitate swaps.
Cryptocurrency transactions are inherently public on their respective blockchains. Any transaction you initiate via GhostUSD is permanently and publicly visible on-chain. Law enforcement agencies have full access to this data. GhostUSD has no ability to reverse, modify, or conceal blockchain transactions.
Cryptocurrency swapping involves substantial financial risk. You should only swap amounts you can afford to lose entirely. By using GhostUSD, you acknowledge and accept all of the following risks:
You may not use GhostUSD for any of the following purposes. Violation may result in your access being restricted and may be reported to relevant authorities:
GhostUSD does not hold custody of any funds at any point. Therefore, GhostUSD itself cannot approve, process, or guarantee any refund. All refund decisions are made by the exchange service provider that executed or attempted to execute your swap.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact the specific provider that handled your transaction directly. GhostUSD will, where possible, assist you by providing the provider's contact information and your transaction reference. However, GhostUSD has no authority over the provider's decision.
Refunds are typically issued to the originating wallet address (the address from which you sent funds). You should not delete or abandon any wallet you used in a swap. Network fees may be deducted from any refund amount.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GhostUSD, its operators, owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of this platform, including but not limited to:
GhostUSD's services are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GhostUSD and its providers from any claims, demands, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
All content on GhostUSD — including but not limited to the GhostUSD name, logo, interface design, algorithms, code, and visual assets — are the intellectual property of GhostUSD or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on any GhostUSD intellectual property without prior written consent. This license terminates immediately if you violate any of these Terms.
Third-party trademarks referenced on GhostUSD (including Husher, RocketX, and HoudiniSwap) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this platform does not imply endorsement or partnership beyond the API integration described herein.
These Terms are governed by international law to the extent applicable. Disputes arising from the use of GhostUSD that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You agree that any dispute with GhostUSD must first be raised informally by contacting us at support@ghostusd.xyz within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration by a mutually agreed arbitrator.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against GhostUSD. Each dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only.
For any dispute involving a third-party provider (Husher.io, RocketX, or HoudiniSwap), you acknowledge that GhostUSD is not a party to that transaction. Such disputes must be resolved directly with the relevant provider under their own governing law (Panama for Husher.io; Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for RocketX and HoudiniSwap).
GhostUSD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of GhostUSD after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version of these Terms, you must stop using GhostUSD immediately.
We may also add, remove, or modify features of the platform — including which providers are integrated, which routes are displayed, or how quotes are sorted — at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.
