GhostUSD is a privacy-focused swap aggregator that displays quotes from third-party protocols including RocketX, HoudiniSwap, Husher.io, and NEAR Intents. GhostUSD does not hold, custody, or move your funds at any time. All swaps are executed directly by the integrated protocols.
GhostUSD is a non-custodial interface. We never control your private keys, wallet, or funds. By using GhostUSD, you acknowledge that all transactions are executed on-chain by third-party protocols, and GhostUSD bears no responsibility for their execution, outcome, or failure.
By using GhostUSD to initiate swaps through any integrated protocol, you agree to be bound by that protocol's own terms of service and policies:
GhostUSD does not modify these protocols' terms; your relationship with each protocol is governed solely by their own agreements.
Nothing on GhostUSD constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk including total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
GhostUSD does not require account creation or identity verification. We do not collect or store personal information beyond what is technically necessary to display quotes (no wallet addresses are stored by GhostUSD). Transaction history is stored locally in your browser only.
GhostUSD charges 0% aggregator fee on swaps. Individual protocols may charge their own protocol fees. NEAR Intents quotes include a 0.5% app fee split 50/50 with the 1Click protocol, which is factored into the displayed quote amount.
GhostUSD is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of quotes, or successful execution of swaps. Protocols may be unavailable, rates may change, and minimum amounts may apply.
You may not use GhostUSD in violation of any applicable law, including sanctions regulations. GhostUSD is not available to residents of sanctioned jurisdictions. By using GhostUSD, you represent that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostUSD and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost funds, failed transactions, or inaccurate quotes.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of GhostUSD after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
